Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production or shipment begins. Once your item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Product Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. Returned products must be unused, in the original condition, and packaging. A receipt or order confirmation is required. Please do not return goods to the manufacturer.
Shipping fees are only applied once. No restocking charges are involved.

Refund Information
Once we receive and verify your return, we will inform you via email. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method shortly.
